Darn! It's after October 31st-Can I still get a game or add ons?

How do I change my address?

To change your address-please go back to your survey/order form. If you can't find it-just go here. https://trogdor.backerkit.com/. Then, in the upper right hand corner there is a button that says "update your address." We will email everyone to update/double check their shipping addresses approx. 30 days before we ship in June 2019.

What are your refund/return/exchange policies?

As of December 4th, specific quantities of games and merchandise have been given to Panda and Contagious Graphics and are under production. Unfortunately, because this is a one-time manufacturing order and we are only a few people-we will not be able to provide refunds, returns or exchanges of the game* or add ons - unless an item is damaged or defective.

We will be able to replace damaged or defective items and/or game components if notified within 60 days of delivery. Please note we require a receipt/proof of purchase of a new game and we cannot provide replacements for second-hand games. To request a replacement for a defective/damaged item, please contact us at trogdorsupp@gmail.com.

Tell me more about shipping.

We are shipping from different fulfillment centers around the world to get everything to you faster and keep costs as low as possible. Shipping costs include: handling and worldwide door to door tracking. We will pay for any VAT, customs, duties ahead of time-so you will not be charged. The specific courier will depend on your location. Most shipments will take 2 to 5 days and will depend on your distance from the fulfillment center. If your country is not listed or you have any questions about anything at all please contact us at the support email.

Why is "Harmless Junk, Inc." showing up on my credit card bill?

Don't be alarmed! Harmless Junk, Inc. is Trogdor's company. So for most people-the charges for the game will be under this name. Your billing statement may read differently depending on platform and method of payment, however. Other billing statements may say "store@homestarrunner" or "Trogdor Game".

Something wonky is going on with my shipping charges.

In order for the shipping tables to work, your entire mailing address needs to be entered. If this doesn't help, please send us an email and we will give you a hand.

When will my credit card be charged?

Please note that those of you who paid with credit cards (as opposed to PayPal) will be charged for shipping and add-ons on November 1st. This is one day after the store closes. This is a change from our previous plan of charging add-ons up front, and then charging for shipping at a later date. (Unfortunately, it turns out BackerKit is not set up to separate the merchandise charges from the shipping costs.) Our apologies for the confusion! People paying with PayPal, of course, get charged as soon as they enter their PayPal credentials. Thank you! And please send us a message at if you need any more info or have questions.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

Why can’t I log into my account?

Request a login link to your survey by entering your email here:

BackerKit will send you an automated email with an invite link to whatever email you pledged with.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

Can I upgrade or get multiple copies of my pledge?

This depends on the project creator’s decision. If you are unable to see the ‘Want to switch your pledge level?’ after clicking on your pledge amount under “Pledge Level” in your survey, then the project creator would prefer people not to switch pledge levels.
